And the whole world knows it.

There’s nothing like a trip to a dream destination, where you can simply relax while sipping your cold cocktail, lounge under the sun, swim in the beach with your beau, and go for new adventures.

Always a good idea!

You get a certain, indescribable feeling when you immerse yourself in a nature travel. That sensation, of course, comes in a very good way. How? Well, you don’t just collect beautiful pictures for your social media accounts, but by being in these natural landscapes, you actually get greater life satisfaction and health.

We are drawn to the ocean

It is said that the beach is the salty engine that drives global tourism. And it is a case closed matter, right? A tropical getaway is one of the top, if not the top, of most people’s bucket lists. If you’re planning to go on an ultimate vacation at the beach, you might as well visit the world’s best island!

Whether it’s a local or international star, people only have good things to say about Palawan.

In fact, for the second year in a row (2016-2017), our very own Philippine Paradise Palawan sits in the first place as the best island in the world. All thanks to its beautiful pool of natural resources, biodiverse wildlife, white sand beaches, limestone karst landscapes, dreamy lagoons, and fun and friendly locals!

Boasting an impressive score of 93.15, here’s the overall rating of Travel + Leisure, which is the most influential travel magazine based in New York City.

There’s nothing quite like immersing yourself in the natural wonders of this Philippine archipelago, which many of our readers described as “rustic,” “romantic,” “affordable,” and “relaxing.” As one fan succinctly wrote, “It’s the single most beautiful place on earth. ” Palawan, which consists of an eponymous main island, in addition to some 1,800 surrounding islets and island outposts, is a repeat winner on the list, first scoring the No. 1 spot in 2013. And with its verdant mountains, a five-mile-long underground river, limestone caves, and spectacular scuba diving, its appeal is as clear as its turquoise waters.

Since Palawan is basically the best of the best, it’s no surprise that major developments are underway. For example, the PHP4.5 billion project – Puerto Princesa International Airport, just opened summer of last year to further boost tourism and trade in the area.

There is also a resort development soon to be completed! Harbour Springs is located in the center of Palawan’s tourism hub, Puerto Princesa City, home of one of the Seven Wonders of Nature, the “Underground River.

Harbour Springs highlights The Crown Residences, a condominium building developed by Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. which features Premier Condotel Suites and Penthouse Luxury Suites. Vacationing in your own second home instead of a mere holiday destination puts greater value to your family’s yearly getaway.
